Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience developing complex financial models in Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, or comparable ERP systems.
• Preferred experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or R&D finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning for R&D.
• Develop and maintain study-level financial trackers for budgets and spending.
• Prepare variance analyses and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate accruals.
• Provide financial guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Use analytics, automation, and visualization tools to enhance reporting.
• Support business cases for strategic initiatives and product launches.
