The OpportunityWe are hiring a Finance Lead to own financial reporting, forecasting, and executive narrative for Acrobat's top-of-funnel performance. As Acrobat scales across platforms and revenue models, Monthly Active Users have become a vital leading metric linking user acquisition to conversion and revenue. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role leads the recurring Outlook process for top-of-funnel performance and investigates the user journey - who enters, through which platform, and how that engagement converts to paid. You will partner closely with Product, Go to Market, and Sales Finance to build a unified, defensible view of the funnel, deepening the organization's understanding of top-of-funnel growth quality and forecast accuracy to deliver clear insights for senior leadership decisions.
What you'll Do- Lead the analysis of the top-of-funnel user journey for Acrobat - acquisition sources, surface mix, and early engagement patterns - and link these dynamics to downstream monetization and retention
- Drive deep business performance analytics and surface relevant insights, while providing financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations to drive the business forward
- Influence and align with cross-functional teams to drive short-term and long-term financial planning for the product offering
- Own the quarterly Outlook (OL) process end-to-end - pressure-testing OL slides, balancing actuals against forecast, and ensuring the narrative holds up under executive scrutiny ahead of each review

- Solid hands-on experience with Financial Modeling / Forecasting Trend & Variance Analysis
- Strong analytical, and outstanding interpersonal skills, to articulate key business and the financial implications/business impact
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive to results, while remaining team oriented
Preferred qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with subscription or SaaS growth metrics (e.g., MAU or equivalent experience, conversion funnels) strongly preferred
- Background in data science or data analytics (e.g., SQL, Python, statistical modeling) a plus
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 -- $243,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $168,400 - $243,850In Washington, the pay range for this position is $142,800 - $206,850
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
