Job Summary The Finance Integration Manager is responsible for leading the financial integration activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and other business combinations. This role serves as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Operations, IT, HR, and acquired organizations to ensure successful integration execution.
Job Responsibilities Acquisition Planning & Due Diligence- Partner with Corporate Development, Finance leadership, and operational teams during acquisition due diligence.
- Evaluate target company financial processes, systems, controls, reporting structures, and accounting policies.
- Identify integration risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Develop finance integration strategies and Day 1 readiness plans.
- Support purchase accounting and transition planning activities.
Integration Leadership- Serve as the Finance Integration Lead for assigned acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain detailed integration project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities across Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Revenue Operations, IT, and systems teams.
- Facilitate recurring integration meetings and executive status updates.
- Track risks, issues, decisions, and action items through completion.
Financial Operations Integration- Lead the integration of accounting processes and financial close procedures.
- Coordinate migration and validation of financial data.
- Standardize accounting policies and procedures across acquired entities.
- Align chart of accounts, reporting structures, and management reporting requirements.
- Establish consistent financial controls and compliance procedures.
- Assist with bank account transitions, cash management activities, and treasury integration.
Systems & Reporting Integration- Partner with Accounting and IT teams to integrate ERP, payroll, billing, and reporting systems.
- Support system conversions, testing, reconciliations, and user acceptance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted financial operations during integration.
- Develop reporting metrics to monitor integration progress and financial performance.
Change Management & Communication- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders navigating acquisition transitions.
- Prepare executive dashboards and integration scorecards.
- Communicate integration progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support training and adoption of standardized processes.
Continuous Improvement- Maintain finance integration playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- Document lessons learned from completed transactions.
- Drive process improvements to accelerate future integrations.
- Support synergy tracking and post-acquisition performance measurement.

Compensation Information The average salary for this position is expected to be between $77,000 and $100,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
