Full Job Description

The Finance Director serves as the strategic finance leader for the Semiconductor Business Unit, providing financial guidance and business partnership to executive leadership to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term business strategy. This role has full financial responsibility for a global business and leads finance activities across financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, controllership, financial systems, reporting, and business analytics.

The Finance Director partners closely with cross-functional leaders to support forecasting, profitability analysis, operational improvements, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives while ensuring strong financial stewardship, controls, and compliance across the organization.

About the Job:

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute short-term and long-range financial strategies.

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis activities for the business unit.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance.

  • Support customer, product line, manufacturing, supply chain, and investment analysis initiatives.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive business reviews.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, reporting, systems, and controls.

  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global finance organization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, commercial, and corporate finance teams.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and GAAP requirements.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or multinational environment; semiconductor industry experience preferred.

  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analytical, and business partnership skills

  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities

  • Experience with SAP, OneStream, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.
