Full Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Finance Director, Head of Gross to Net, this role serves as a strategic finance partner to US Commercial Finance teams, the US CFO and Market Access leaders. The position provides decision support to the Contract Review Board and Strategic Pricing Committee, translating pricing, contracting, policy, and market dynamics into clear financial implications and recommendations.

As a key member of US Commercial Finance, the role leads gross-to-net analysis, reporting, and forecasting to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support business unit objectives. It connects external shifts and internal priorities to actionable insight that informs planning, trade-off decisions, and execution across a complex matrix.

The role requires strong business judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to simplify complex issues into clear decision support for senior leadership while operating effectively across a sophisticated matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the gross-to-net strategy team and process for finance for the US portfolio - integrating pricing, contracting, and rebate dynamics into a clear enterprise view of net sales performance, opportunities and risk
  • Guide team to drive enterprise contract and pricing analysis and recommendation through rigorous assessment of business cases, disciplined governance, and cross-functional alignment
  • Understand US policy, market access, payer, provider, and competitive shifts with our internal matrix stakeholders; translate external signals into financial implications, scenarios, and clear recommendations
  • Frame complex GTN and portfolio issues and opportunities into clear trade-offs, risks, and options that accelerate senior leadership decision making
  • Leverage automation and appropriate AI/agentic agents, simplify processes and standardize output to optimize decision frameworks at scale that improve speed, stakeholder clarity and enterprise impact.
  • Anticipate future information needs and evolve finance capabilities, analytics, and decision support to meet a changing US market environment
  • Partner proactively across the matrix to shape business plans and long-range forecasts, clarify decision rights, and align stakeholders on outcomes
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team by coaching, upskilling, and raising capability to deliver greater business impact and stronger judgment across priorities
  • Maintain strong financial governance and compliance while adapting quickly to evolving business needs and information requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance or business qualification
  • Deep experience navigating payer, provider, legislative, and market access dynamics to inform strategy and business decisions and understanding of specialty trade channels, pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy
  • Ability to strengthen team analytics, decision frameworks, and stakeholder partnership in pricing and contracting environments
  • Deep knowledge of US market access business models and customer dynamics, including PBMs, health plans, providers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and government pricing
  • Experience applying advanced analytics and scenario thinking to support complex commercial and financial decisions
  • Track record of raising team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
