How you will make history here...This leader will serve as the primary finance business partner to the Category Lead for the Italian & Frozen portfolio, providing strategic and financial leadership across all aspects of the business. This role is responsible for leading the integrated development of category strategies and financial objectives while owning the category P&L end to end. The Director Finance, Italian & Frozen will drive strong business performance through high-quality decision support, proactive sales and margin management, and thoughtful insights that inform strategic plans, annual operating plans, and financial projections. This individual will also lead financial analysis and modeling for key business initiatives, including capital investments, and will act as a trusted advisor to senior category leadership by bringing financial expertise and perspective to cross-functional discussions and decisions.
Principal Responsibilities Annual financial planning and target setting
- Lead the development and execution of strategic financial plans for the Italian & Frozen business
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation across the portfolio
- Own the consolidated financial view and performance dashboard for the category
- Drive strategic and annual operating planning processes to deliver against enterprise targets
- Own the three-year plan, annual plan, and quarterly forecast for the category
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights on trends, KPIs, risks, and opportunities
- Lead variance analysis and partner with Sales and Supply Chain to identify actions that mitigate gaps to plan
Business management and ownership
- Provide full end-to-end P&L ownership, visibility, and risk management across the Italian & Frozen portfolio
- Identify and advance initiatives that improve gross margin, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen business performance
- Oversee SG&A planning and allocation within the category to ensure disciplined investment decisions
Strategic initiative support
- Evaluate major business opportunities and financial feasibility, including oversight of category capital allocation
- Lead partnership with Planning and Analytics to ensure strong integration of performance insights into decision-making
- Provide financial leadership and analysis for innovation, renovation, and other strategic growth initiatives within the category
Lead internal financial reporting for the category, including monthly and quarterly business updates, forecasts, and performance analysis
Cross-functional leadership and support
- Partner proactively with category leadership to provide financial insights, shape decisions, and manage overall business performance
- Collaborate closely with the broader finance organization, including Sales and Supply Chain Finance, to ensure alignment across financial strategies and priorities
- Play an active leadership role in IBP processes by contributing financial expertise to cross-functional planning and execution
- Drive strong coordination across business partners to support integrated planning and effective execution
What you bring to the table... (Must have)- 10+ years of finance, financial planning, or business analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Nice to have....(Preferred)- MBA, CPA, or other advanced business or finance credential preferred
- Consumer packaged goods experience, including brand or category finance experience, preferred
- Demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional leadership experience

Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$168,700-$232,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
