Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in finance or business analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with expertise in budget and forecasting tools.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to drive results independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a matrix organization.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Optimize the production mix at the Cheyenne site.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities and communicate them effectively.
• Maintain a robust internal control framework for financial operations.
• Ensure alignment and transparency within Nitrogen operations.
• Create a unified message regarding manufacturing drivers and financial impacts.
• Enhance forecast accuracy for operations, inventory, and capital expenditures.
