Finance and Insurance Manager Compensation & Benefits • Earn $150,000+ annually • Industry-leading compensation plan • Flexible work week • 2 weeks paid vacation • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off • Ongoing professional training and leadership development • OEM and manufacturer certification opportunities • Career advancement opportunities within a growing dealer group • Positive, team-oriented dealership culture Responsibilities • Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and compliant manner • Structure automotive finance deals and secure lender approvals • Maintain compliance with all dealership, state, and federal regulations • Maximize F&I profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience • Offer and explain protection products including: • Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs) • GAP • Maintenance plans • Tire & wheel protection • Ancillary products • Work closely with sales managers, lenders, and customers throughout the vehicle purchase process • Ensure accurate completion of all finance paperwork and contracts • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business Qualifications • Previous experience as an F&I Manager, Automotive Finance Manager, Finance Producer, Desk Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager preferred • Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, contracts, and dealership finance operations • Proven ability to build customer trust and deliver exceptional customer service • Strong communication, leadership, and closing skills • Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented mindset • High level of accountability and professionalism • Valid driver's license required
