Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of Workstation-on-Wheels (WOW) fleet from intake to decommissioning ensuring accurate hardware asset management.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors and Field Services to resolve hardware issues and uphold SLA performance.
  • Conduct repair-versus-replacement analysis to optimize repairs and manage logistics efficiently.
  • Track and manage hardware incident/request queues, ensuring smooth ticket resolution for clinical leadership.
  • Analyze operational metrics to refine workflows and improve service support.

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • End-to-End Lifecycle Operations: Manage enterprise Workstation-on-Wheels (WOW) fleet lifecycle-from intake, procurement, and deployment to decommissioning-ensuring precise hardware asset management (HAM) record accuracy across multi-site markets.
  • Technical Vendor & Escalation Management: Coordinate OEM cart vendors and HCL Field Services to drive resolution on complex hardware failures, technical escalations, and SLA performance across assigned healthcare regions.
  • Financial & Repair Optimization: Conduct data-driven repair-versus-replacement analysis, evaluate OEM warranty claims, authorize repair quotes, and manage parts logistics to minimize mean time to repair (MTTR) and optimize lifecycle ROI.
  • ITSM & Workflow Orchestration: Track and manage high-volume hardware incident/request queues, routing service tickets through resolution while insulating clinical and nursing leadership from operational coordination friction.
  • Operational Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Analyze failure trends, recurring hardware defects, vendor KPIs, and repair expenditure data to optimize operational reporting and refine national field-service support workflows.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
