Overview

As a Field Services Representative in our Houston office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

 

 

Why We Need You:

In this role, you will support project construction, commissioning, and contract administration including developing and coordinating system test procedures, administering functional performance tests, and conducting regular field observations. You will document and track deficiencies, support punch list resolution, and verify that MEP installations and tests comply with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to schedule tests, shutdowns, and user training, and provide organized field reports, test records, and similar documentation. You will provide regular updates to the project team of progress and field issues.

 

 

Expertise of our most successful Field Services Representative:

  • 10+ years of hands on experience in construction management/administration, commissioning, facilities management/operation, mechanical contracting or MEP coordination.
  • Knowledge of test and balance, and controls is required.
  • Knowledge of electrical and life safety systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Full understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and other construction-based software.
  • Valid state driver’s license for job site travel.
