Full Job Description
The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Field Manager - HVAC Install to lead residential HVAC installation projects from post-sale through to completion. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and client communication throughout the installation lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead HVAC installation projects from post-sale handoff through project completion
  • Review project details and specifications, create work orders, and coordinate equipment procurement
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and installation timelines
  • Manage on-site execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards
  • Conduct site inspections, quality reviews, and spot checks throughout project execution
  • Train, coach, and support subcontractors to ensure consistent workmanship and service delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers during project kickoff and completion
  • Identify and resolve deficiencies and ensure all project documentation is completed and submitted
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and completion updates to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, construction, or related installation projects
  • Class A - Gas Fitter
  • Red Seal
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes
  • Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, trades, and project schedules
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using HVAC, plumbing, or construction project management software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
Compensation: $115,000
