Field Service Manager - Eastern Canada (full time)

This position is responsible for the safe operation, installation & Maintenance of bulk cryogenic and CO2 equipment located at Linde's Customer's locations throughout Eastern Canada.

  • You'll lead the safe operation of Field Services Technicians and Coordinators across the region, running regular safety meetings and hands-on training sessions
  • Promoting a strong safety culture is key to helping the Customer Service Team achieve zero injuries and accidents

  • You'll ideally have a university degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with some industry experience
  • It's important that you bring at least 3 years of management experience in a relevant industry, whether that's customer service, sales, or something similar
  • Having spent a minimum of 3 years in a role where you handled project management responsibilities will really set you up for success here
  • You should be comfortable with financial methods and systems that relate to managing projects and operations
