Full Job Description
Remote | Northeastern US (NY/NJ area)
Frequent weekday travel required; must live near a major airport.

What You'll Do
  • Own system installs & commissioning - set up advanced microscopy platforms and train users to hit the ground running.
  • Keep systems at peak performance - deliver expert preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot like a pro - dig deep into hardware/software issues and resolve them fast, onsite or remotely.
  • Build strong customer relationships - deliver confident communication, clear training, and dependable support.
  • Upgrade & optimize systems - calibrate components and implement performance-boosting enhancements.


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Life Science, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of field service experience with microscopy or analytical instruments.
  • Skilled with multimeters, oscilloscopes, schematics, and Windows systems.
