Job DescriptionAs a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in delivering technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of Honeywell products and solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automation equipment, both on-site and remotely, to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will report directly to our
Engineering Manager and you'll work directly at our
clients sites across the USA and Canada.In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of critical systems for our customers, contributing to their operational success and Honeywell's reputation for excellence in service delivery.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide technical support and commissioning services for Honeywell automation products and solutions at customer sites and remotely
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and commission new equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada up to 80% of the time.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Completed Secondary education/GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or related technical roles
- Minimum of 3 years of electromechanical experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience with diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations
WE VALUE- Experience with industrial controls systems is highly desirable
- Experience working in building services or industrial environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve technical challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
