Field Sales Representative

Average annual earnings for our Field Sales Representatives are between $120,000 - $130,000 and top performers make upwards of $275K.

What We Offer
Compensation: $120,000-$275,000 per year in commission based on performance
ALL leads are provided to you, no cold calling or door knocking! 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments a day!

About the Role

In this position, you will:
• Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed.
We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best - selling!
• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Provide best-in-class customer experience
• Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Key Qualifications
• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Works successfully without requiring close supervision
• Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road!
