Full Job Description
Field & Partner Marketing Lead

As Field & Partner Marketing Lead, you are the strategic marketing partner to a region's sales leadership. Working hand-in-hand with the Regional President and AEs, you'll build and execute a localized demand plan that directly fuels their pipeline. You'll inherit a proven playbook from the Center of Excellence and adapt it to the nuances of your market.

This isn't about coordinating event logistics, it's about being the growth engine for your region, taking joint ownership of net-new business meetings alongside your sales counterparts. This is a senior, manager-track seat: you'll own your region as an individual contributor now, with a clear path to a manager role as the field function scales. If you're driven by pipeline impact, thrive in partnership with sales, and want the earning upside of a high-growth environment, this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pipeline Contribution: Share accountability for a quarterly target of net-new business meetings sourced from localized programs. Reporting spans both sourced and influenced pipeline, so every ICP-aligned meeting booked, through your campaigns or sales follow-up, counts toward your goals.
• The Local Demand Plan: Translate Center of Excellence campaigns into your region's specific Target Client Profile. You'll navigate local buyer profiles and regional dynamics, building targeted HubSpot prospect lists to uncover accounts untouched by national motions.
• Omnichannel Air Cover: Orchestrate localized email, LinkedIn, and direct-mail programs (Sendoso, gift drops) that serve as high-value air cover for AE prospecting, creating the engagement and intent that lets AEs and BDRs secure first meetings with ease.
• Strategic Field Activations: Run 2-3 high-impact activations per quarter (executive dinners, targeted seminars), deliberately designed to open doors for new business, amplifying our brand in the community while staying true to local identity.
• The Sales Partnership: Act as the trusted advisor to regional sales leadership, leading a structured cadence with the Regional President and AEs on campaign planning, in-flight execution, and post-campaign pipeline impact.
• Earns AE and RP trust quickly by speaking the language of named accounts, pipeline velocity, and mutual success.
• A resourceful strategist who maximizes impact through partner-funded initiatives, co-marketing, and MDF.
• Balances execution of logistics with a strong, ICP-driven strategic vision.
• Seamlessly adapts central assets for local resonance while holding brand alignment.
• Commercially minded, motivated by hitting regional targets and earning accelerators.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or partner marketing for SMBs, with a track record of driving pipeline.
• Working proficiency with HubSpot, landing pages, email workflows, list segmentation, and campaign reporting.
• Strong written English; adept at tailoring outreach copy for a US business audience.
• Excellent project management, able to run 5-10 concurrent activities without slippage.
• Comfortable in a remote, distributed team with minimal supervision, and willing to travel regionally for activations.
• Preferred
• B2B IT services, MSP, or technology-services demand-gen experience.
• Familiarity with US small and mid-market business culture (20-200 employees).
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
• Direct-mail platforms (Sendoso, Reachdesk, PostalDirect).
• Sales-marketing alignment workflows, lead handoffs, MQL/SQL definitions, and attribution.
• Vertical outreach into regulated industries (healthcare, legal, financial services).

Benefit Highlights
• Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• 401(k) company match
• Flexible vacation time*
• Paid sick time
• 10 Holidays including your Birthday and a Floating Holiday!
• Healthy Lifestyle reimbursement
• Membership Subsidy
• 40 Hours for Volunteer Time
• Paid parental leave
• Reimbursement for ongoing certifications

*Flexible vacation time after completing one full year of employment. For the first year of employment,
full-time team members are provided 10 vacation days.
