The RoleAs a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional field marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design high-impact programs that engage target accounts, accelerate the sales cycle, and build ThoughtSpot's presence in key markets. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring creativity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering results.
What You'll Do:Field Marketing Strategy and Execution- Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals.
- Plan, manage, and host regional events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers.
- Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in specific territories.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)- Implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and integrate account-specific campaigns into regional planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to support joint initiatives with key technology alliances and channel partners.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform future marketing strategies and product positioning.
Program Measurement and Reporting- Monitor the performance of field campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and engagement rates.
- Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes.
What You'll Bring:Required- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
Preferred- Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase or 6sense.
- Experience in the data analytics or enterprise technology industry.
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
In Illinois, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.
