Full Job Description
As Field Marketing Manager, you will be directly aligned to our field sales organization, driving pipeline creation and progression at the pod level. You are the marketing counterpart our sellers count on - embedded in their business, accountable to their number, and trusted to know their accounts, their territories, and their buyers.

This role blends orchestration and ownership. You will localize and activate centralized, integrated marketing campaigns and events for your region, and you will design and run autonomous, field-driven programs - including account-based marketing (ABM) - tailored to the accounts and opportunities that matter most to your pods. Success is measured in pipeline: sourced, influenced, accelerated, and closed.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline creation and progression targets for your assigned mid-market pods, and be accountable for marketing's contribution to their bookings goals.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to pod sales leaders - join pipeline reviews, understand the account landscape, and build quarterly field marketing plans grounded in their priorities.
  • Localize and activate centralized integrated campaigns and Intuit-led events for your region, ensuring strong regional attendance, follow-up, and pipeline conversion.
  • Design and execute autonomous local programs - ABM plays, executive dinners, regional events, partner co-marketing, and targeted account activations - based on the specific needs of your territory.
  • Orchestrate 1:few and 1:1 ABM programs against priority account lists built jointly with sales, spanning air cover, personalized content, and direct engagement.
  • Manage regional budget with rigor, measuring every program on pipeline impact and reallocating spend to what works.
  • Close the loop relentlessly: track lead follow-up with SDRs and AEs, report on sourced/influenced pipeline and progression, and share learnings across the Regional Marketing team.
  • Act as the voice of the field back into central marketing - feeding regional insight into campaign, content, and product marketing teams to sharpen the mid-market motion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing, ABM, or demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech, with direct alignment to a sales organization.
  • A track record of building pipeline with and for sales teams - you speak in sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and velocity, not just MQLs.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing regional events, executive roundtables, and third-party sponsorships, end to end.
  • Working knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or similar) and marketing automation / CRM (Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong sales empathy and communication skills - comfortable in pipeline councils and forecast conversations, and skilled at earning trust with sellers and sales leaders.
  • A builder's mindset: you thrive with autonomy, move fast with imperfect information, and are equally comfortable executing centralized plays and inventing local ones.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (~25-40%) for events, account engagements, and time in-market with your pods.
