Full Job Description
What You'll Do

As the Field Marketing Manager, North America, you'll play a key role in executing LawVu's regional marketing strategy by owning a portfolio of conferences, events, and marketing programs across North America. You'll work closely with the Director, Field Marketing- North America to deliver exceptional experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of a portfolio of North American third-party events, webinars, and regional marketing programs.
  • Partner with the Director of Field Marketing to execute integrated event revenue programs that maximize engagement before, during, and after every event.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support account targeting, attendee recruitment, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, Creative, Marketing Operations, Customer Experience, and Sales to ensure every program is aligned and delivered successfully.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, timelines, and event deliverables to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
  • Own program communications, project plans, and stakeholder updates throughout the planning process.
  • Capture customer, competitive, and market insights from events and share key learnings with the broader team.
  • Measure program performance and prepare post-event reporting, recommendations, and lessons learned to continuously improve future programs.
