We9re looking for a creative, highly organized, and energetic
Field Marketing Lead to own Moonshot9s event strategy and execution.
You9ll be responsible for planning and executing everything from major industry conferences and trade shows to executive dinners, customer events, roundtables, and hosted experiences. You9ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and company leadership to create events that generate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate the Moonshot brand.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves bringing people together, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and gets excited about turning ideas into memorable experiences.
What You9ll Do- Make sure our events strategy kicks ass.
- Own Moonshot9s field marketing strategy and event calendar.
- Plan, execute, and optimize our presence at industry conferences and trade shows.
- Create and manage executive dinners, VIP events, customer roundtables, and networking experiences.
- Develop creative event concepts that differentiate Moonshot and make a lasting impression.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, including strategy, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, production, and on-site execution.
- Partner closely with Sales to maximize meetings, engagement, and pipeline generation around every event.
- Work with leadership and customer-facing teams to create high-value experiences for prospects and customers.
- Track event performance, ROI, pipeline influenced, and key learnings.
What We9re Looking For- 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, or a related role.
- Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, or customer events.
- A creative mindset with a passion for designing memorable experiences.
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% to support conferences and events.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, event platforms, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
