Field Engineer - Industrial Water & Process Systems

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to design, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial water and water treatment systems supporting manufacturing, processing, and industrial operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in plant environments and understands the importance of system reliability, safety, and production uptime.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure industrial water treatment and process systems for manufacturing and industrial facilities
  • Install, commission, and optimize systems supporting production operations
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimize downtime
  • Service and repair pumps, filtration, RO, DI, softening, cooling water, boiler feed, and wastewater systems
  • Analyze system performance and water quality data to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Work directly with plant engineers, maintenance teams, and operations staff
  • Provide on-site technical support, training, and system documentation
  • Maintain accurate service reports, root-cause analyses, and maintenance records
  • Follow plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and environmental compliance requirements
