Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform thorough walkdowns of SSCs being modified alongside the Responsible Engineer (RE), Designer, Implementation Manager (IM), and Planner.
Support projects during early design and planning phases to provide technical input into:
Drawings
Work orders
Technical Notes (TN's)
Technical Tests (TT's) and related documentation
Ensure designs and plans are executable safely, meet quality standards, and align with defined schedules.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Planning, QC, Field Execution)
Engineering design and change processes
Work management systems and work orders
Quality control and inspection processes
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support, engineering, maintenance, or project execution within industrial, energy, or utility environments
Strong knowledge of:
Verify that appropriate procedures are included in work packages, including: Inspection Procedures (IP's), Maintenance Procedures (MP's), Plant/Process Tests (PT's), Technical Notes (TN's), Technical Tests (TT's)
Support the development of TN's and OLE (Operating Level Engineering) work instructions for assigned modifications.
Lead validation efforts for: Technical Tests (TT's) and Technical Notes (TN's)
OLE work instructions associated with Engineering Changes
Participate in Pre-Job Briefs with Craft personnel as needed to ensure understanding of: Drawings, Work instructions, Applicable procedures
Collaborate with RE, Planner, and Quality Control (QC) to: Define QC requirements for each implementation task, Ensure correct QC inspection coding in work orders
