About the Job

Wiz is seeking an accomplished and results-driven sales leader to spearhead our growth with Federal Civilian Accounts. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, Federal Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that strengthen Wiz's presence among key federal partners. This position demands a proven track record of cultivating strategic relationships with Fed SIs, aligning efforts to achieve joint success in delivering transformative cloud security solutions to federal agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow Fed SI-focused sales initiatives: Develop and implement tailored GTM strategies targeting key Federal Civilian Accounts that align with Wiz's public sector objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth: Build strong partnerships with Fed SIs, identifying and pursuing joint business opportunities to expand Wiz's presence within federal customers.
  • Strategic alignment: Collaborate closely with Fed SIs to ensure Wiz solutions align with their priorities and government requirements, creating a unified value proposition for federal agencies.
  • Navigate procurement landscapes: Leverage your understanding of federal contracts, acquisition strategies, and teaming opportunities to secure favorable positions with Fed SIs.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships: Work seamlessly with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver an integrated sales approach.
  • Performance management: Utilize sales performance analytics to refine strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment with federal market needs and goals.
  • Foster executive-level relationships: Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at Fed SIs to establish Wiz as the preferred cloud security provider for federal projects.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Monitor federal regulations, compliance (e.g., FedRAMP), and industry developments to guide strategy and effectively position Wiz's solutions.


Minimum qualifications:
  • 8+ years of sales leadership in the federal market, with a significant focus on working with large Fed Civ Customers (e.g., DHS, VA, SSA, USPS).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing Fed SI GTM strategies, resulting in substantial revenue growth.
  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams focused on enterprise and strategic accounts in the federal sector.
  • Candidates must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person (Any individual who is granted U.S. citizenship; or any individual who is granted U.S. permanent residence (green card holder); or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person") and reside in the contiguous United States.

Preferred qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Fed SI relationships, procurement vehicles, and federal contracting processes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their alignment with federal compliance requirements, including FedRAMP and other regulatory mandates.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships within Fed SIs and federal clients.
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Compensation + Benefits

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
