Job Description:

This job is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic initiatives that support, enhance, and scale the Family Office Solutions platform within the Private Bank. The Family Office Client Management Executive is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the strategic vision, overseeing operational execution, and driving continued growth of comprehensive family office services for ultra-high-net-worth families who have entrusted the Private Bank to serve as their family office.

The role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of highly customized financial administration and reporting solutions, including Archway third-party data aggregation and reporting, bill payment administration, accounting, and financial reporting. These capabilities are delivered through a coordinated service model that brings together Family Office Strategists and specialists across Investments, Credit, Treasury Management, Trust, Wealth Planning, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Product.

This executive serves as a strategic leader and enterprise partner responsible for aligning client needs, advisor engagement, operational capabilities, risk controls, technology initiatives, and platform innovation. The role requires strong collaboration across senior executives and key stakeholders, strategic analysis to inform new wealth management solutions, and disciplined execution to ensure the platform remains a premier, best-in-class offering for sophisticated clients and family enterprises.

The Family Office Client Management Executive is accountable for client satisfaction, operational excellence, risk management, talent development, innovation, and scalable growth. This role requires a highly strategic and influential leader who can balance executive client engagement, platform development, operational discipline, talent leadership, and risk oversight while inspiring teams and partners to deliver exceptional outcomes within a complex and highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drives the strategy, growth, and continued evolution of the Family Office Solutions platform, ensuring capabilities are aligned to the needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients, family enterprises, and their advisors.
  • Identifies market trends, client needs, advisor feedback, and competitive dynamics to inform platform positioning, service enhancements, and product or capability development.
  • Oversees the delivery of client and business offerings across Family Office Solutions, including Archway data aggregation and reporting, bill payment administration, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Partners with Family Office Strategists, Private Client Advisors, Family Office Product Manager and senior business leaders to support client retention, relationship expansion, successful onboarding, and new business opportunities.
  • Serves as executive sponsor for complex and strategic Family Office client relationships, providing oversight for service reviews, escalations, issue resolution, and overall client experience.
  • Collaborates with leadership across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Trust, Credit, Treasury Management, and Wealth Planning to enhance capabilities, strengthen controls, and improve the client value proposition.
  • Establishes performance standards, service level expectations, operating routines, and metrics that drive accountability, consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, operational scalability, automation, client satisfaction, and advisor engagement.
  • Maintains a strong risk and control environment, ensuring disciplined execution against relevant process inventories, operating procedures, controls, regulatory expectations, and governance requirements.
  • Partners with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Operations, and Technology leaders to identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate operational, regulatory, fiduciary, and reputational risks.
  • Oversees audits, regulatory examinations, control reviews, remediation activities, and issue management related to Family Office Solutions capabilities.
  • Uses strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear, compelling messages to a wide range of audiences, including clients, advisors, senior executives, control partners, and team members.
  • Leads, develops, and inspires a high-performing organization, creating a culture centered on client excellence, accountability, collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Attracts, retains, coaches, and develops top talent while building succession plans and talent pipelines to support organizational sustainability and future growth.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
