Pay: $110,000-$150,000 based on experience + up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility and structure may be updated periodically in alignment with company programs.

What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive patient care: Examine patients, obtain health histories, perform physical examinations, and assess patient conditions to develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Develop treatment plans: Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of Illinois APRN practice.
- Collaborate with physicians: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Order and interpret diagnostics: Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory work, EKGs, and imaging studies, as appropriate.
- Provide preventive and holistic care: Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, growth and development, family planning, and preventive healthcare.
- Perform clinical procedures: Provide services such as injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations, and other procedures within scope of practice.
- Coordinate patient care: Follow up on patient needs, referrals, diagnostic results, and ongoing treatment plans.
- Support the clinical team: Work collaboratively with medical assistants, technicians, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient care.
What You'll Bring- 2-5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Active Illinois APRN/FNP license required.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required.
- Bilingual in English and Polish required.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
