Location: Kokomo, Indiana (45 minutes from the northside of Indianapolis)

Facility Name: FCA Family Health & Wellness Clinic

Schedule: Full Time

Productivity Incentives: Salaried position

CME allowance $3000 + 40 hours dedicated CME time (based on FTE status)

Malpractice coverage with tail

This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, patient focused practice, supporting the FCA employees and their dependents. Preventative Medicine/Lifestyle Medicine preferred but not required.

  • Join a well established, collegial teams
  • Call structure: 1 week every 6 weeks
  • Practice setting: Outpatient
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care that prioritizes building strong, enduring patient-provider relationships for optimal long-term health outcomes.
  • Optimize patient well-being by rigorously assessing current health risks and deploying proactive strategies for disease prevention, early detection, and health education.
  • Lead collaborative efforts across the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination and a holistic approach throughout the patient journey.
  • Ensure urgent patient needs are met with accessibility by offering same-day appointments for acute illness and unexpected medical concerns.

About the Practice
  • On-site Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and Radiology
  • Longer appointment times
  • Dietician, PharmD, and Behavioral Health professionals on-site

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
