Services: - Diabetes education
- Family medicine
- Illness care
- Immunizations for patients 18 and older
- In-office procedures
- Management of chronic health conditions
- Nutrition counseling
- Physicals
- Management of Substance Use Disorder and Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)
- Women's health
Clinic Hours: - Monday 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday - Thursday 7:00am - 6:00pm
- Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Requirements: - Family Medicine APP
- Licensed in North Carolina
- 2-plus years of experience
