This is not just a family law attorney role.

  • You will work on complex, high-level cases (international custody, cross-border disputes, high-conflict divorce)

You will take the lead on a diverse and sophisticated caseload, including:
  • International family law matters (including child abduction cases)
  • Complex divorces and child custody disputes
  • Financially intricate cases require strategic thinking

You will also:
  • Represent clients in court (motions, hearings, trials)
  • Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations
  • Conduct discovery, including depositions
  • Develop strong legal strategies and written work product
  • Build trusted relationships with clients in highly sensitive situations

Responsibilities
• Management of matters involving international family law, complex child custody disputes, divorces, relocation, and child abduction, and complex financial issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Representation of clients in court for motions, hearings, and trials.
• Representation of clients in mediations and arbitrations.
• Preparation of and engagement in discovery, including depositions.
• Strong research and writing skills.
