Fairchild Live: Senior Event Producer

This is a highly visible role for an experienced events leader who thrives in a strategic and execution-driven environment. The Senior Events Manager will own regional and international programs end to end while also contributing to long-term planning, team development, and operational efficiencies. This role partners closely with editorial, sales, marketing, and leadership to deliver best-in-class experiences that support both brand storytelling and business growth.

As Fairchild values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite four days per week with one remote day, reinforcing a connected and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

Event Leadership & Execution
  • Serve as the lead on assigned tentpole programs, managing the full event lifecycle from planning through execution and post-event analysis
  • Lead large scale productions with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring delivery against brand, audience, and revenue objectives
  • Build and oversee comprehensive timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules to drive flawless execution
  • Lead on-site operations including load-in, live production, talent management, and strike.
  • Partner with editorial and programming teams to manage speaker and talent logistics, including travel, green room flow, and on-site experience

Strategic Planning & Calendar Development
  • Play an active role in the development and evolution of the annual Fairchild Live event calendar
  • Contribute to goal-setting, strategic planning, and post-event performance reviews to inform future programming decisions
  • Support the team in identifying new formats, locations, and opportunities aligned with business priorities

Venue & Vendor Strategy
  • Lead venue and vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contracting with a focus on quality, scalability, and cost efficiencies
  • Strengthen and maintain year-long vendor partnerships to drive consistency, leverage volume, and unlock operational efficiencies across the portfolio

Creative & Brand Execution
  • Translate established brand guidelines into elevated, execution-ready event environments
  • Lead the development of look-and-feel decks and activation presentations in partnership with internal teams
  • Oversee all physical design elements including staging, florals, signage, and sponsor activations to ensure cohesive, on-brand delivery across all touchpoints

Financial Oversight
  • Own event budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, ensuring accuracy
  • Lead post-event reconciliation and reporting, identifying opportunities for optimization and savings

Post-Event Analysis
  • Lead post-event debriefs and reporting, capturing insights to continuously improve programming and execution
  • Ensure events deliver measurable impact against defined KPIs and strategic goals

Required Experience
  • At least 6-8 years of event management experience, ideally within media, fashion, beauty, or experiential agency environments
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-profile events with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong background in vendor negotiations, contract management, and budget ownership
  • Strong creative sensibility with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency
