Job DescriptionYou will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Facility Operations team which is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and ensuring reliable electrical power distribution across the plant.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing daily operations, managing personnel, and guaranteeing that critical infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and mentor hourly/non-exempt technicians and vendors in the execution of electrical system maintenance and plant-wide operations.
- Develop, administer, and enforce policies and procedures that drive safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and track project schedules, work plans, and resources to ensure timely completion of power distribution initiatives.
- Review work outcomes for sound judgment, quality, and compliance with established standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for task-oriented assignments, translating goals into actionable work orders.

- Proven ability to lead effectively in demanding conditions and collaborate with personnel at all levels, including internal teams and external customers.
- Technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting critical electrical equipment and infrastructure systems essential to operational reliability.

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
