Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, Director of Maintenance & Operations, the Project Manager II oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of capital construction, modernization, and facilities improvement projects across the District. The position is responsible for managing complex, multi-site, and high-value projects; coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors; monitoring budgets and schedules; resolving construction issues; and ensuring compliance with District standards, state regulations, and applicable building codes. The Project Manager II ensures that assigned projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with District goals and bond program objectives.
