Job Description SummaryWe are currently seeking a Facility Manager to supervise maintenance and repair services for a portfolio of industrial warehouse sites. Primary responsibility is to provide customer communications, leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical (including HVAC, overhead door and dock packages), structural, and life safety systems.
Responsibilities• Provide leadership and management support for day-to-day operations and maintenance for large portfolio of industrial sites that are spread across a large geographic area
• Provides oversight of technicians and subcontractors for client portfolio
• Responsible for reviewing and validating subcontractor quotes including getting multiple quotes if necessary.
• Ensure services are aligned with client expectations and site leads through regular communication
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface into client real estate organization; demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity
• Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client
• Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards
• Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and producers that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity. Work closely with the IFM Operations Director, and the client
• Collaborate with account Sourcing team on sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage national and regional supplier performance at property level.
• Consistently demonstrate proactive solution-oriented mindset
• Determine preventive maintenance scheduling intervals and work to maintain, update and improve the operational efficiency and balance of preventive and reactive maintenance services.
• Ensure that proper engineering procedures and standards are being practiced and maintained.
• Develop and deliver training methods, materials and programs related to building operating standards
• Help the management and the maintenance staff in dealing with local, State and Federal code requirements and their implementation.
• Ensure all environmental conditions meet all codes and standards
• Performs other duties as required to meet clients' objectives.

Minimum Required Education:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience preferred either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant

Estimated compensation for this position:95,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
