Starting Salary Range $95,564.50. - $115,633.82
Salary Range Exceeds Hiring Range
This position performs supervisory, administrative, and technical work responsible to ensure that all Town and School buildings have a preventative maintenance plan and develop and maintain equipment and system maintenance logs.
§ Manages staff and building schedules
§ Manages work orders and directs employees
§ Oversees training and certifications as it relates to staff positions
§ Manages AHERA books
§ Schedules overtime and resources for projects and special requests
§ Facilitates building safety inspections
§ Oversees and verifies payroll
§ Working with unions and manages collective bargaining agreements
§ Develops and maintains equipment and system maintenance logs and preventative plans
§ Responsible for purchasing and procurement.
§ Must be on call after hours and weekends 24/7.
§ Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation dictates.

Associate degree in Facilities-related fields or equivalent. OSHA 10. Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred. MCPPO Certification preferred. Google, AV software experience, security software experience, and work-order-systems experience.
Eligible for the Town's comprehensive benefit package, working 40 hours weekly.
