Facilities Maintenance Engineer- Warehouse

On-Site: M-F 7:30am-4pm, Weekend & After-Hours Availability Required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee the day-to-day operation of our company facilities, drive operational efficiency, and ensure our work environments are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

This role will play a key part in managing vendor relationships, leading tenant improvement projects, and ensuring Ingram Micro maximizes facility investments while supporting future growth and workplace excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across company locations.
  • Plan, budget, and manage facility maintenance, renovations, and tenant improvement (TI) projects from concept through completion.
  • Serve as the primary contact for landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers; negotiate contracts, manage performance, and control costs.
  • Develop and manage facility capital plans, including TI allowances, build-outs, office expansions, and workplace improvements.
  • Review project designs, budgets, and specifications to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with building codes.
  • Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to align facilities strategy with organizational growth and workplace needs.
  • Lead and mentor facilities staff while coordinating office moves and space planning activities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of facilities management experience, including responsibility for multi-site operations.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers, including contract negotiations and performance management.
  • Strong experience planning and leading tenant improvement (TI) projects, renovations, office build-outs, and facility upgrades.
  • Expertise in budgeting, capital planning, cost estimation, and managing TI allowances or construction-related expenditures.
  • Working knowledge of building systems, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Trade certifications or professional facilities credentials are a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 - $150,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
