Job Summary

Facilities & Compliance Manager (75% Travel)

Coreworks is seeking an experienced Facilities & Compliance Manager to support facility operations, regulatory compliance, and environment of care programs across senior living healthcare communities nationwide.

This role partners with local leadership teams to promote safe, efficient, and compliant operations while supporting maintenance programs, life safety initiatives, MEP systems, and survey readiness.

The ideal candidate brings healthcare or senior living facilities experience, strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to collaborate with site teams, vendors, and clients to resolve operational challenges and implement best practices. This position plays a key role in driving consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement across a diverse multi-site portfolio.
