Aretum is seeking a Facilities and IT Manager that coordinates space planning, facilities requirements, and information technology equipment support across multiple locations while tracking issues, inventory, and workspace needs. Manage records requests, provide guidance to staff, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and serve as the primary liaison with agency partners to ensure timely and compliant support.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate unclassified and classified space planning for CSD, including allocation, reconfiguration, and alignment with agency level space planning initiatives led by OCOS and other facilities stakeholders.
  • Support development of future space usage requirements, including forecasted workforce needs, mission growth, hybrid/telework impacts, and specialized operational space requirements.
  • Work with Business Operations Teams to identify, track, and resolve facilities issues, inquiries, and service requests across multiple CSD locations.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering between CSD subdivisions and agency facilities partners to inform planning for new or modified space, relocations, and workspace optimization initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing communication, reporting, and status updates to CSD leadership on facilities matters, risks, dependencies, and key decision
  • Maintain and track IT equipment issued to or used by CSD personnel, including laptops, peripherals, monitors, and telework related assets, in alignment with OCIO equipment accountability and telework policies.
  • Coordinate with CISA OCIO to address new IT equipment requirements, system needs, refresh actions, and IT issues raised by CSD personnel, including those associated with division wide procurement cycles such as end of year IT equipment buys.
  • Provide responsive customer service to CSD team members needing IT equipment support, troubleshooting, replacements, or workspace setup assistance, consistent with expectations communicated in CSD workforce office hours focused on IT equipment readiness.
  • Maintain up to date inventory records, reconcile equipment status, and ensure compliance with CISA accountable property handling and storage requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for CSD to OCIO coordination on IT provisioning, equipment moves, workspace IT configuration, and emerging requirements related to hybrid work or facilities usage.


Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Coordinate and compile CSD's responses to all valid FOIA requests received from CSD ExecSec and routed through CATT or the CSD FOIA repository, ensuring timely and accurate submission in accordance with CISA FOIA procedures.
  • Provide guidance to CSD Records Custodians and Subdivisions on how to identify, collect, and upload responsive records, including instructions on search expectations, document types, and required formats.
  • Train and advise Records Custodians on proper FOIA response procedures, including use of the CSD FOIA shared drive, CATT task flows, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure all responsive documents are reviewed for completeness and proper categorization prior to notifying CSD ExecSec that CSD has completed its portion of the FOIA request.
  • Serve as CSD's liaison to the CISA FOIA Office, ensuring all required documentation is transmitted, tracked, and archived in the central CSD FOIA Request Repository.
  • Maintain status tracking, metrics, and audit ready records for all FOIA requests received, processed, or completed across the division.

Benefits
  • Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
