Position Title: F-35 Supply Chain Management Analyst

Location: Arlington, VA

Category: Funded

Schedule (FT/PT): FT

Salary: $105,000-$130,000

Description: ACT1 Federal is looking for an individual to provide sustainment supply chain expertise to support the F-35 Joint Program Office's (JPO) Introduction to Service processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and report on Sustainment Supply site preparedness to support F-35 First Aircraft Arrival (FAA) and Initial Operating Capability (IOC) requirements at current and future F-35 sites
  • Integrating JPO, contractor and warfighter Sustainment Supply site activation planning and execution.
  • Identifying country unique Global Asset Management (GAM) requirements
  • Providing recommended Ground Rules and Assumptions (GR&A) inputs to Sustainment Supply Site Activation Task Forces (SATAFs), Sustainment Readiness Reviews (SRRs} and Initial Operating Capability Supportability Reviews (IOCSRs)
  • Identifying country unique requirements, assess impacts to JPO "best value" solutions and ensure capture in program planning documents.
  • Participating in supply related facility design reviews to ensure plans meet Facility Requirements Document (FRD} requirements
  • Identifying SCM dependencies and assist in developing actionable plans and corrective action plans
  • Participating in various program and warfighter level meetings to discuss SCM concerns and assist in risk-mitigation development and strategies
