Purpose of Position:
Position that manages complex key projects with External/Contract Manufacturing Partners that enable quicker, smoother growth and cost effectiveness for products in OCS Division. This position will work cross functionally and Globally with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, PLM, GSM & Quality.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that External Manufacturers and key suppliers meet requirements for critical projects
• Analyze and optimize forecasts to match production schedules and customer deliveries
• Analyze inventory data with recommendations to help position the business to lowest inventory level while supporting revenue targets
• Understand and manage product BOM, AVL, Process Maps and associated data
• Escort product data, from design stages through NPI and volume manufacturing into EOL stage.
• Develop and maintain impact metrics and score cards to maintain execution traceability
Travel and location of work:
• Up to 35% travel. Includes domestic and overseas travel
• Role based out of the Corning, Keller, TX alternative locations can be Austin, TX, Charlotte NC
Minimum Education, Skill and Experience Requirements:
• Engineering bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Engineering & Manufacturing environment and Project Management
• Minimum 5 years working on major global projects
• Understanding of Product Structures, BOM, AVL
• Proficiency with PDM, ERP/MRP systems

The range for this position is $116,625.00 - $160,360.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
