As an External Communications Manager, you will be part of the global Gas Services Communications team at Siemens Energy, helping shape and communicate our story across international markets and audiences.
In this role, you will develop compelling content and strategic communications that position Gas Services, its leaders, and its focus topics externally across multiple channels. You will work closely with colleagues across regions and functions to create impactful storytelling that supports business priorities, thought leadership, executive positioning, and external visibility.
We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, exceptional writing skills, and a strong understanding of the external communications landscape, including media, social media, and executive communications.
How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and execute strategic external communication initiatives aligned with key business priorities, executive positioning, and brand visibility
Create and refine high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, including articles, speeches, executive messaging, presentations, social media, and thought leadership content
Translate complex business and strategic topics into clear, engaging, and audience-focused communication and storytelling
Collaborate closely with regional and global communications teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders to ensure aligned and integrated messaging
Support communication plans, campaigns, and external visibility initiatives while identifying opportunities through market and media trends
Drive communication activities independently in an international environment with strong stakeholder management and execution focus
What You Bring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong research and analytical capabilities combined with a good understanding of media, digital, and social media landscapes
Experience working with senior stakeholders and international cross-functional teams in a structured and collaborative manner
