A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Lead Program Manager for the S4E Transformation Program, you will drive a critical, large-scale global transformation within the global service business of the Large Gas Turbine portfolio. You will lead a defined program cluster, ensuring alignment between global service business priorities and transformation objectives across scope, schedule, and execution. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders, influence key decisions, and navigate a complex, matrixed organization. You will also lead a small team of professionals, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery of program milestones. In parallel, you will oversee governance, manage risks, and ensure adherence to PMO standards. Your role requires proven leadership in large transformation programs, strong stakeholder management, and solid understanding of SAP-driven environments to deliver measurable impact and advance Siemens Energy's transformation agenda.
How You'll Make an Impact • Lead a large-scale transformation program cluster for the global service business of Large Gas Turbines, delivering against scope, schedule, budget, and strategic objectives • Drive execution of SAP-enabled transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams • Represent the global Large Gas Turbine service business within the transformation program, ensuring alignment, standardization, and adoption across regions • Influence, challenge, and align senior stakeholders across a complex, global matrix organization • Lead and develop a team of professionals, driving accountability, prioritization, and performance excellence • Establish and uphold program governance, standards, and continuous process improvement within the Business Excellence function
What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • 7-10+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale transformation programs, preferably in SAP-driven environments • Demonstrated leadership in complex, global transformation initiatives with clear, tangible business outcomes • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with experience engaging senior leadership across functions and regions • Solid understanding of SAP (e.g., S/4HANA) and its role in enabling business transformation • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a global, matrixed organization • Deep expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management methodologies • PMP certification preferred; PgMP is a plus, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
