Job Description:
You will be responsible for recruiting high caliberprofessionals to join Crowe. This is an opportunity to work directly with hiring managers/partners to gain an understanding of their staffing needs. Success will be measured by your ability to identify, attract, and assess applicants as well as facilitate a defined recruiting process. Applicants must be able to demonstrate through experience an ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, and an ability to influence and guide their recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles, from initial sourcing through offer
Through the guidance of your Team Lead, Consult and strategize with hiring leaders to develop and execute effectiverecruiting strategies
Demonstrate an understanding of the candidate market for specialized area and proactively seeks ways to continue learning and adapting into a strategic talent advisor
Utilize market intelligence (ex. LinkedIn Talent Insights) to inform Hiring Managers/Partners on candidate trends and shift gears as necessary to find and target the right talent
Create a positive candidate experience during the recruiting process by providing timely feedback and updates and other tactics
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates, and currentemployees, and cultivate referrals
Strong sourcing background using various methods and technology
Ensure accurate data to allow for real-time reporting on progress outcomes
Provide ideas as it relates to recruiting process improvement
Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of technical recruiting or relevant HR experience
Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactive in shifting gears due to market conditions
Experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor and partner to business leaders to meet shared objectives
Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and meet/exceed expectations
Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System(Workday is a plus)

The application deadline for this role is 08/31/2026.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000.00 - $128,500.00 per year.
