What You'll Do- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial greeting to delivery.
- Build strong relationships by providing a premium, consultative buying experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and protection options.
- Maintain product knowledge on the latest Lexus models and technologies.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete all required sales documentation and CRM activities.
What You'll Bring- Previous automotive sales experience required.
- Luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
