Compensation Information:- Commission-based pay on services. Depending on experience level and audition results, our commission range is: 33% - 45%
- Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses
- Luxury-level service pricing. Our luxury brand experience offers higher pricing, which results in higher earnings for our team:
- Haircuts range in price from $50 - $120+ and Base Color services range from $80 - $131+. (Pricing level is based on multiple factors including skill and location market) - Employees are paid an hourly rate of $18.50 for any initial onboarding/training.
This position offers a hiring bonus program paying
$1,000 - $4,000 for qualified full-time candidates.
We are looking for those who offer: - Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license
- 2+ years offering hair services in a high-end environment
