What You'll Do- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain systems.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs.
- Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.
- Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
What You'll Bring- Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive line technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- ASE Certifications are a huge plus.
- Toyota certifications are a major advantage and highly valued.
- Ability to consistently produce quality work in a flat-rate environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00.
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
