Full Job Description
We're seeking an EXPERIENCED ASSET MANAGMENTCONSULTANT to support our Global Consulting team. In this role, you will support clients in maximizing asset performance, reliability, risk management, and operational efficiency through advanced asset management and reliability engineering practices.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development, design, communication, and implementation of Asset Management strategies, business processes, KPIs, and systems.
  • Apply advanced Reliability Engineering principles to improve asset performance, availability, maintainability, and lifecycle value.
  • Facilitate asset management assessments, audits, benchmarking exercises, and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop maintenance strategies and optimization programs including RCM, FMEA/FMECA, and RCFA methodologies.
  • Prepare Asset Management business cases, investment plans, and value realization frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and project team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to deliver consulting engagements.
  • Present recommendations and findings to client leadership teams and support implementation activities.
  • Travel to client sites as required.

About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in mining, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, pulp & paper, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, or Continuous Improvement environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of EAM, CMMS, and/or ERP systems.
  • Experience leading asset performance, maintenance optimization, and reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 55000 and asset management best practices.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted client relationships.
