FTC 12 months - Executive Recruiting (in house) essential - Atlanta, GA based
What will I be doing?
Working to deliver amazing results for both finding & hiring world-class Executive Talent and to help improve and enhance TA processes and capability along the way. This role is focused on hiring US-wide for Senior Director to VP level talent across tech, product, GTM, and Corporate functions for our client, a SaaS organisation with a global presence.
Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to pull out the stops to deliver, will be what makes you successful in this role.
Typical activities all hang off your main goals of engaging fantastic senior level candidates whilst delivering a rock star client experience and equally awesome candidate experience - enhancing the brand of both our client and Join Talent.
Typical activities include:
Creating & gaining buy in from the client for the strategy to deliver the project - includes EBM, headhunting, market insights, assessment & onboarding elements
Working with the Rewards team to build competitive offer proposals, seeing negotiations through to acceptance
Building strong relationships with a range of client stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable - positioning yourself and Join talent as trusted partners who get stuff done but also understand and protect the brand, culture and values of our client
Building and running thorough and credible intake meetings, agreeing on a go-to-market plan for all searches, and managing all applications in a professional manner
Directly sourcing and headhunting for suitable candidates that match the requirements of the role
Ensuring that thorough screening and selection takes place, so only the very best executive talent is presented to the client's top-level ExCo.
Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to the business using internal and external data to influence hiring decisions.
Managing the candidate journey in a professional and candidate-centric manner
Role Requirements
Demonstrable experience of working within a global, matrixed environment is critical
In-house Executive Recruiting experience is essential: only candidates with in-house experience will be considered for this role
Produce weekly and monthly reports for Hiring Managers, the TA Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders.
Writing updates and analysing relevant business data, maintaining the ATS
Being aware of market trends and competitors for candidates, using this industry expertise to your advantage when headhunting in a competitive market
Complying with our company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction
Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
Skills & Experience
SaaS/tech environment recruiting on a global basis would be a distinct advantage
Demonstrable and relevant experience with full-lifecycle recruiting an in-house Executive Recruiting function
Established stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively navigate a global matrix environment
Strong expertise at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English: demonstrating that you are a professional and credible communicator in every interaction will be essential for this role
Teamwork - little room in a growing company for 'lone wolves' and in this role ability to work closely with all kinds of client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company will be key
