Full Job Description
Overview

The EP, Integrated Production Architect is accountable for defining, governing, and evolving the production architecture for one of our key clients - ensuring content is designed, produced, and scaled in a way that is fit-for-purpose, efficient, compliant, and performance-ready across all markets.
  • Act as the brand-level authority on how content is produced.
  • Define and govern the end-to-end production model across project types and regions.
  • Ensure production architecture connects strategy, craft, media, data, and technology
  • Provide senior production leadership and escalation or high-risk or high-impact work

Responsibilities

  • Own brand-level production delivery end-to-end: translate briefs into executable plans, make feasibility decisions, uphold craft, quality, and compliance standards, and manage executive-level production communications and escalations across the region
  • Define and maintain global standards for production quality, compliance, modularity, and asset re-use - including approval checkpoints, feasibility gates, and escalation paths - while ensuring all outputs meet brand, usage rights, accessibility, and responsible marketing requirements
  • Serve as the senior production authority on complex or high-impact initiatives, leading feasibility decisions, creative and budgetary trade-offs, and risk posture on priority work
  • Partner with Media, Data, Technology, Craft, and Operations to ensure production is performance-led and system-enabled, with all outputs structured to meet downstream requirements for media activation, measurement, and optimization
  • Convert briefs into clear problem statements with defined success criteria and acceptance gates; facilitate alignment sessions that reconcile creative ambition, budget, and timeline, and ensure risks and assumptions are captured transparently throughout
  • Act as the regional relationship anchor for production - proactively anticipating client information needs, aligning diverse stakeholder groups, and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Lead the strategic adoption of agentic AI across creative and production teams: set the vision for responsible use, drive workflow innovation, and embed emerging tools into storytelling and campaign development in a deliberate, forward-thinking way
  • Champion the culture of the Production Department through active leadership - creating opportunities to educate, inspire, and elevate talent at every level
  • Lead the agency's commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive production culture, modeling and advancing these values across hiring, collaboration, and craft
  • Build and protect the agency's reputation for production excellence - internally and within the broader industry - maintaining active relationships with freelance producer talent and cross-discipline external partners

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years experience in integrated production at a creative agency, production company, or internal brand studio environments
  • Proven ability to manage teams of producers across all production disciplines
  • Proven ability to future-proof accounts by bringing innovative production capabilities and tools that build multidisciplinary, scalable solutions across briefs and markets
  • Strong scoping, vendor management, and compliance fluency - usage/rights, safety, data
  • Executive-caliber client management: calm, decisive, and clear under pressure; effective senior stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with production tooling: shot/list and schedule tools, call sheets, budgeting/estimation platforms, rights/usage trackers, and workflow tools
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and exceptional follow-through

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
