Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Executive Producer assists in the overall development and implementation of media and interactive projects for themed attractions and special venues, working directly with the Executive Producer to develop project strategies, budgets, and resource planning, as well as establish and maintain project schedules and communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and in-house team members.

Essential Functions:
  • Interfaces with clients, IP partners, creative talent, and show programming vendors where appropriate through all phases of the project.
  • Supports production management throughout the media project pipeline - Including but not limited to tracking budgets, schedules, media reviews as well as in-progress reports.
  • Identifies and manages any external subcontractors in all phases of media production including associated scope of work, communication, and milestone commitments.
  • Identifies and submits internal proposal requests for any additional hardware or software that would increase productivity and efficiency related to the project.
  • Acts as Producer for all aspects of external media production efforts including casting, crewing, scheduling, and budgeting for film shoots and voice over records.
  • Ensures appropriate usage and licensing rights are acquired and in compliance.
  • Supports all phases of media post-production to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of the highest quality media content for presentation, on-site show integration, and programming.
  • Assists in the supervision of on-going media changes based upon on-site programming requirements and reviews.
  • Contributes to long-range planning and strategies to ensure on-going success of the studio.
  • Organize, compile, and distribute media deliverables and presentation materials.
  • Write, review, revise, and retrofit written treatments, show scripts, and technical documents.
  • Supports in the creation of various media including as editorial or motion graphics content generation and revisions where needed.
  • Assists with media production for various marketing efforts, proposals, and pitches.


Job Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in TV/Film Production, or comparable experience, with 4 years of experience working as a media producer.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, pro-active, problem solver, communicative, and team player.
  • Strong understanding of live action, visual effects, and animation media production pipelines.
  • Strong desire to learn about and manage the development of new technologies.
  • 4 years' experience in themed entertainment, or animation, VFX, game development, media production management, or similar.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Firm understanding of digital media files, formats, and codecs.
  • Knowledge of VR, AR, Maya, Nuke, Shotgun, Unity, Houdini, programming languages, and/or MS Project a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
  • Will not require Falcon's Treehouse, LLC to commence ("sponsor") an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).
