Executive Personal Assistant for Single Family Estate

Lemon Heights, North Tustin Area of Orange County, CA

Up to $50/hr - Full-Time

Hire and oversee staff of 3 full-time landscape personnel, 2 housekeepers and a part-time dog sitter. Also oversee and schedule 24/7 In-Home care for elderly homeowners and purchasing hospital type equipment necessary for their comfort and care. The job includes placing help wanted advertising for above when needed. Housekeepers are hired to also perform grocery shopping, meal preparation and purchasing of personal care items and hospital-type equipment, as necessary.

Qualifications: Prior management roles involving staffing, accounting, procurement, ideally in healthcare support or private estate settings; high discretion and organizational skills essential.
