Full Job Description
This is a rare seat at the center of Accenture's global people and leadership agenda. As the in-office presence for the Chief Leadership & Human Resources Officer (CLHRO), you are her real-time point of contact - the person who keeps her day moving, surfaces the decisions only she can make, and carries enough context to engage her at the strategic level she works at.

You'll work in constant communication with the Chief of Staff, Operations Lead and Executive Assistants - that partnership is how you'll know what to bring forward and when. You'll use AI to work smarter and look for ways to make the office better. You'll gain direct exposure to senior leaders and enterprise workforce topics while building highly transferable skills in executive operations, decision enablement, and AI-enabled ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the CLHRO's in-office point of contact
  • Serve as the in-person link for time-sensitive questions and decisions - surfaced at the right moment, framed with the context she needs to decide fast
  • Work in constant communication with the Chief of Staff and Operations Lead to know what to bring forward and when
  • Exercise judgment on when to bring something forward versus hold it

Stay in the flow of the work
  • Build and hold enough context on the CLHRO's priorities and open threads to answer questions in the moment
  • Provide coverage and continuity on inbox and communication flow, in partnership with the Operations Lead - the source of that context
  • Draft and coordinate responses aligned to tone, intent, and urgency when needed

Coordinate day-of execution
  • Keep the CLHRO's day running smoothly in real time, managing last-minute changes across meetings, stakeholders, and locations
  • Prepare and organize materials and briefing packs
  • Handle whatever the moment needs - from a briefing pack to a broken printer - with the same responsiveness
  • Partner with the Workplace team in Dallas to ensure needs are met and issues resolved quickly

Use AI and make the office better
  • Use AI tools in your day-to-day work, and stay willing to learn and adopt new ones as they evolve
  • Look for friction in how the office runs and help fix it - you'll see the opportunities up close

Bring reliability and discretion
  • Consistency and attention to detail across recurring activities
  • Handle sensitive information and the CLHRO's schedule and whereabouts with discretion
